At the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M, us fish (freshman) are going through guidon canadacy...me and my buddy both burned engraved some Marine moti words into our poles, but last night I did a full EGA. Ooh-Rah!

OORRAH! I myself am trying to get in the Marines, but it is not working as well as I had hoped. I have a heart murmur so I got DQed at MEPS. But the Colonel (Marines) of my JROTC unit (Navy) is trying to get me in. His big plan if for me to send various high ranking government officials letters telling them that my heart murmur is nothing. To disprove the claims of MEPS docs, I am PTing my ass off to score a first class rank on the Marine Corps PFT. If you have any ideas on how I can better my chances of getting in let me know.

I am very proud to say that my oldest brother, Lcpl Yarnell, is a Marine serving in Iraq. I hope that you other Marines are safe when ever you are in, or out of, battle.

Hey bro.. I Served from 84-88 in Second ANGLCO out of Camp Pendelton Ca. But we were hardly ever there.. I saw every shit hole out there and am damn proud to have been there. I only wish I could be out there right now fighting with my fellow Marines, my brothers, my family. But I have to sit stateside and watch from my couch and shed a tear every time I hear of a Marine that has fallen. I have had the privilage of knowing and serving with some of the greatest people that have ever walked this planet. US Marines....
